Our products are made from natural rice husk fibers, utilizing solid-color heat molding technology. As a result, slight natural color variations and flow patterns may occur, which do not indicate any quality issues.
2.Temperature Resistance
Withstands temperatures from -22°F to 248°F (-30°C to 120°C).
3.Usage Restrictions
Keep away from open flames, ovens, steamers, or high-temperature sterilization.Not suitable for prolonged cleaning in high-temperature dishwashers, as it may cause the natural rice bran oil coating to wear off, affecting performance.
4.Cleaning & Care
Clean promptly after use and allow to air dry.Can be sanitized in sterilizers (medium temperature/ozone/UV).
5.Durability & Replacement
The product is integrally molded from powdered materials. When the surface becomes significantly worn, stain resistance may decrease, making residues harder to clean. Please replace the product at this stage.Excessive impact or temperatures beyond the recommended range may cause cracking or chipping.
